$42 Million Plan for Territory Schools
The Territory Government is committed to improving
Indigenous education for the social and economic benefit
of the whole Territory.
The Government is investing an extra $15.84 million over four
years in the bush to ensure Indigenous people are better
able to access a quality secondary education.
Key initiatives include

providing a pool of specialist teachers to support
face-to-face teaching in remote schools... more

ensuring equity in the staffing formula between
bush and urban schools... more

Department of Employment, Education and Training (DEET)
